In 2019 five of our awesome volunteers went to be with the Lord. We are so grateful for their example of being a servant in the Kingdom of God and thankful for the wonderful time we spent together. Their lives touched hundreds of families with their love and grace. They will be greatly missed for a while. But one day we will be reunited in heaven together forever.

Mr. Dave
Dave Alexander was one of the most faithful servants I have had the opportunity to serve with. From preparing the garden for the growing season each year to unloading and getting donations ready for the store he always worked until the last box was completed. We loved him and miss him dearly everyday.

Ms. Sue
Sue Freeman was such a sweet lady and exemplified the love of Jesus that is essential to following him. She was always ready to help anyone anytime. She was strong in her faith and enjoyed life. She was definitely prepared to meet her maker when the time came. Miss her very much!

Ms. Medine
Medine exemplified the love of God every step of her life. She went on several missionary journeys that the regular person couldn't have endured! Medine would come into Healing Waters willing to serve anywhere she could be of help! She lived to serve God. If she prayed for you, you could expect healing or your prayer answered.
She had seen a lot of miracles through her hands, because of her relationship with God! She was my hero and she wanted nothing more than to be with Jesus! Medine was the most AMAZING woman of God I have ever met!! Her purpose in life was to please God and now she is enjoying His eternal presence, and her reward!!

Ms. Medine Watson
Ms. Bonita
Even after beating cancer she was a faithful servant of the lord. She started the senior box ministry, and taught Karrisa how to carry on her work. Throughout her battle with cancer she maintained a positive attitude, loving God and people to the day she went to heaven.
